Uco Bank — transaction declined while balance deducted in my account

I have an account in uco bank palwal. I made transaction of 10000 rupees from boi atm (Saran chock faridabad) on 16/03/2018 at 7.04 pm but transaction declined (Unable to proceed.) i have not recieved money from boi atm but amount deducted from my account. I am going to my uco bank in palwal branch (19/03/2018) to complaint about deduction amount in my account but still i have not recieved any response from my bank money. Please resolve the problem and refund my money asap
