Uco Bank — transaction failure. amount debited from my account but not credited till 26.10.17

Sir, i had done a transaction of rupees 10000 (Ten thousand) via bhim app (Upi) on 23.09.17 (Pass book shows 25.09.17) due to some technical fault, amount debited from my ac no.[protected], kharida branch, kharagpur. I complained to the branch on 25.09.17 but till 26.10.17amount of rupees 10000 not reversed to my account. And the branch manager is not taking any action against my complaine.
