I have ordered brand new Airtel Hotspot dated 20 Mar'22 ORDER ID
ODA07BDR2YOBBA on udaan.com ORDER AMOUNT
₹49, 540 through Maczone supplier.
Supplier supplied Refurbished material on[protected] while opening the package we got to know that supplier supplied us refurbished material instead of New at the same time we created request on Udaan.com for the return but Udaan.com taking favour of the supplier and rejected our request. second day again we created the return request again they rejected the request providing reason that packing is good.
If some one pack the origional material as it is after opening it how come any one got to know that it is used or brand new. Company seal is broken of all the products and if seal is broken products are warrenty void in telecom sector.
In this case all items are preactivated and used and repacked or refurbished. Udaan is taking favor and not protecting consumer rights. 2 times my request is rejected.
