Supplier supplied Refurbished material on[protected] while opening the package we got to know that supplier supplied us refurbished material instead of New at the same time we created request on Udaan.com for the return but Udaan.com taking favour of the supplier and rejected...

I run a small retail shop. I order rice from udaan on 21 march and got delivered on 22 march. The rice quality not same Or insect in rice Or smell in also. I have raised complaint to udaan they rejected every time saying we can not approve return... Order id ODA0DVMLQ5JG47...

Maine ek footware product udaan se kharida jisme problem hone par maine us product ko return kaiya return odear creat hone par delhivery curior ke duara retun pickup kiya gya jab retun pickup kiya to delhivery curior ke system me problem hone ke karan pickup accept nhi hua… or udaan me jo return oder tha wo cancelled ho gya jab hum udaan ke customer support me call kiye to wo bole fir return creat kar ke pickup ka receipt...
