Dear Consumer Complaints Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention the poor quality of rice that I received from Udaan online shopping. I ordered Chand Tara 30kg and Abba Hujur rice 26kg, but the quality of the product was extremely disappointing. After contacting customer care and providing them with photos of the product, they agreed to a return and refund. However, after creating a return ticket, my return was rejected due to my alleged poor return history, which I find baffling as I have not returned any products in the last 2 years.
I have been following up on this issue since 31 July 2024, both on calls and emails, but have not received any satisfactory resolution. I feel cheated and frustrated by this experience and urge you to investigate this matter and take necessary action against Udaan online shopping for their unfair practices.
