Return of expiry medicine
I'm a medical store owner named Health & Cure Pharmacy located in Pune, Maharashtra. I used to buy medicines from Udaan. I am out of business now from past 1 year and I have some medicine from udaan to return which are very well under their expiry return policy. The only way to do that is via website or app and when I am trying to create a return I am getting the following message "You have crossed the monthly refund limit. You limit will be renewed next month. You can create returns again from". The same message I'm getting every month and when contacted to customer care they are just responding by saying someone senior will call me regarding the issue. I am never getting my issue resolved and this is causing me lot of inconveniences. Please help with the issue. Thanks.

JADISH – [M] [protected] and he has several times given confirmation to your concerned department for the received outstanding, but your cheating and disorganized corporate is never considering and continue to harass the small business person.
2. Now as damages of business credential for which occurred Rs.50000 which is to be reimbursed the same immediately otherwise the legal actions will be taken against your cheating and harassing corporate and reported to all the concerned govt authority regarding your misadministration and misorgnisation.
Now take the actions to stop the third category behaviour and remove the outstanding of our unit and reimburse of damages of Rs 50000 immediately as explained above.

I am a buyer from udaan for more than year... beginning it was good but now they started cheating...
THEY ALWAYS SUPPORT SELLER &NEVER BOTHER ABOUT BUYER...
If you order in udaan you will select one product but seller will send you different damage product but Udaan will not accept buyer return & will always help fraud seller..
Be Careful UDAAN never accept return so don't buy in Udaan please buy in AJIO..br...

Refund not recieved
I paid online for an order on 22nd August 2022, when delivery came it was showing COD, I checked with customer care they said money will get refunded within 10 working days, after 10 days I didnt get refund so I contacted customer they gave me incident ticket and said they will resolve in 2 days. I have been hearing same thing again and again that they will resolve in 2 days. It has been three months still I didnt get refund.

I purchased from udaan on 13/10/2022 and i used 1271 coins from my udaan coins and next day I cancelled the order on 14/10/2022 order are cancelled but my used coins is not refund in my account i have already complained customer support but they are not solving my issue they says wait 2-3 day only but since 20 days but still my problem is not solving

Order never delivered even after 25 days
My order was slated to deliver by 22nd August which was placed on 11th August.
It is never delivered, every day it will be sent for delivery and the agent says order is not loaded.
I'm calling customer care on daily basis, they have been unable to resolve the problem.
I have already paid for the order and also lost my customer, time and peace of mind.
It's mental torture on daily basis.
Customer care has 0 information, I have got no help from anyone in Udaan.
It is never delivered, every day it will be sent for delivery and the agent says order is not loaded.
I'm calling customer care on daily basis, they have been unable to resolve the problem.
I have already paid for the order and also lost my customer, time and peace of mind.
It's mental torture on daily basis.
Customer care has 0 information, I have got no help from anyone in Udaan.

I have ordered product from udaan of 47000 but i have received wrong product… And first i got a credit from udaan side 120000 ..I have clear all the amount accept 47000 because i have received wrong product of that..The udaan collection person and sir have told me that clear due accept which you got wrong product we will settle that but after clearing my due they have not settled yet please slove my problem..

Supply of fake products with fake description
I have registered my shop under Udaan company since long and also made a lot of successful transactions with it. My last order was placed for 8pcs of Indian Saree worth of Rupees 7535 after verifying it's descriptions. When I received the items, it was purely fake and it's quality is not expected according it's description. I placed return request but after 2 days of the request, it was rejected by the company. Now I became victim. What will I do with these fake products.

This IFMR capital company has changed its name to Northern Arc Capital (www.northernarc.com) and it has its lending partner 'Udaan' to lend loan for any business, same fraud has happened with me and i contacted to everyone but no satisfactory response from anyone of them so filed a Police FIR against the Udaan since they are the lending partner and due to this the outstanding business loan is being displayed on CIBIL and impacting CIBIL score....

From udaan company expire food product has been delivered on 17/03/22 invoice no is GY7Q31/[protected]. in this tin coca cola was expire product which i created return on 23/03/22 but till now there was no refund no one has come, but today they came to pick up they are showing me return of 24 case product when i have purchased 1 case amount also shows for 1 case. but your great employee is not taken the product when i told him that i will file case then he said, you know court where is there, you know any lawyer or you want any lawyer number, you know any judge. so 1st thing is your company sending expire products in top of that udaan employee speak arrogant he not feeling guilty for that when they have delivered expire product they are asking before taking delivery why you don't checked. i am asking before sending products why udaan employees don't checked. udaan people are giving products free for customer. what kind of rubbish service your company is providing employee number is [protected]

I ordered the product from Udaan company and I gave them 100 rupees coins as money their delivery boy refused to take the coin after that I called the customer support of the Udaan company and I told them that your delivery boy is refusing to take the coin then they replied that we do not accept payment in the form of coins, you give us a note

Send a wrong item & not refund
I purchase a mobile vivo y 91i on 13th march 2020. But i found a keypad old tembo phone. Regarding this i call uddan help center. He give believe me that your product is return & your amount is transfer your account which add in app. But pickup is no collect two months due to lockdown. After lockdown i call uddan help. Than status show return pickup but next day show return cancelled. I again call than change status & return pickup. This event many times. Finally i asked help center i have no any call or massage & no body come for return. Than he said your pickup is not return due to company folt. Your refund is send your account on 19th jun 2020. But i not found any refund. Than i again call he said your return is cancelled from team you have no found any claim.. I have videos & call recording for solid proof.

This is about the udaan app they are took my order but at the time of delivery they change the status to deliver however i haven't received the order when i call to customer service they ask me to order again with the updated price so they display wrong price and at the time of delivery they will either ask to cancel or ask to order again with the new price.in short they will making fool to shopkeepers and wasting the time as well.

Hi, we have ordered on udaan b2b platform, we were doing business with them enrlier, we had done payment on 8th nov and as per company policy if we cancel order we get payment in 7 days, they refused to deliver material (Sugar) after accepting order, so we finally cancel the order, their regional manager mr. Rahul talati was in touch with us thorughout process, but till day we do not get any kind of supportfrom this company platform. Please help.

received different product in rto.

I am registered as an seller on udaan. On 30th july 2019 i had received an rto parcel in which totally different products i had received even the parcel was different. I mentioned in their menifest that the parcel is different and immediately called customer care to inform the same. I had taken unboxing video as an proof that the parcel is different and it was'nt qc pass and totally different old used jeans were their in it. I submitted every proof to the seller team o[censored]daan. After calling every day for their reply they reverted me on 7th august 2019 saying that in the internal investigation we found that the parcel is not altered and it is qc pass so we cannot refund the amount rs 22334. As an seller i cannot bear this much of loss. And this has not only happend with me but with the other 2 sellers as well. Now company is not refunding me the amount. Complain id was sra57pq. Order id odjnc563275h0g. Kindly help.

i have giving order & on spot cash when returns items the teamleader & above no response of return goods after 10 days also they didnot take back team leader didnot visited the shop at all he skiped to visit our shop the service is not good when tally to other distributors return items & expiry big issue with them we r runing from last 18 years the shop pls to support them even they will make fake license copies & they delivery to other medicals i have faced that no response from the company local distributor is good instead of them
