I am registered as an seller on udaan. On 30th july 2019 i had received an rto parcel in which totally different products i had received even the parcel was different. I mentioned in their menifest that the parcel is different and immediately called customer care to inform the same. I had taken unboxing video as an proof that the parcel is different and it was'nt qc pass and totally different old used jeans were their in it. I submitted every proof to the seller team o[censored]daan. After calling every day for their reply they reverted me on 7th august 2019 saying that in the internal investigation we found that the parcel is not altered and it is qc pass so we cannot refund the amount rs 22334. As an seller i cannot bear this much of loss. And this has not only happend with me but with the other 2 sellers as well. Now company is not refunding me the amount. Complain id was sra57pq.
