Udaipur Art Museum — quality issue

We live in kota and went for a vaccation to udaipur and various places. We were in udaipur on 22/10/2019, the auto driver whom we hired for sight seeing, insisted us to visit the shop, even though we told him that we dont want to buy anything, he said these are the specialities o[censored]daipur, as he was getting his commission for bringing customers their. The shop staff were very humble and promised us big things about the product. Seeing their high promises we bought many things for ourselves and relatives. They also offer courier facility as their maximun customers are outsider so were we. We bought 3 saree which was said to smell like sandalwood but isnt smelling. We bought a very light-weight blanket which was called spotless blanket by them, they said that the blanket is called so because is cannot get stained and can be cleaned very easily just by wiping with a wet cloth, when we received the courier today on 25/10/19, the blanket was stained, we tried wiping it with a cloth but its designs started releasing colour. We also bought a braclet and a bangle set, both with two years guarantee but the braclet has started fading out colour just in three days and the stones stick on the bangle has started coming off. We also bought 2 body comforter and 2 salwar suit cloth pieces. About the body comforter it was said that, it heals all the joint pains, and also improves mental health (Depression, hypertension etc). We also bought 2 unstiched salwar suit cloth and 1 unstiched shirt cloth. These items has not been used yet but seeing the problems in other products we cannot dare to believe them anymore. We did as they said and paid 21000 via google pay that day only and trusted them. Two days after buying i was just going through the bills randomly and noticed that they have mentioned that sold items cannot be returned but they promised us guarantees. We went to the shop again and asked them about it, they again promised us many big things about the products, but upon our insisting they put a stamp mark on the bill indicating its guarantee. But now they are not agreeing to return our money rather they want us to send them the defected items and get it replaced. But what would i do with them i would again faces the same problem with them. Please help me get my money refunded, its actually a big amount
