Uday Shankar Chatterjee — Illegal dumping of materials in the society campus

Society is having a commercial area and one owner who has occupied to collect medicines in the shops. Previously the materials were dumped in the shop but last 4 months we observed that entire outside area were occupied and this area was illegally covered not as per rules of Municipal corporation. It may attract fire hazards and entire society and managing committee had several communications but failed to rectify the same. We complained PMC also but no action taken. We the senior citizens living in the society and anxious of fire safety only. The area it was covered is not as per cidco plan or municipal approval. Request to visit and do the needful.
