Udemy — Money amount got deducted 3 times from gpay but still course not added

Amount deducted but course not added, I hade made payment 3 times (360 rs) still not got enrolled, amount deducted as 360+360+360, Could you please let me know how I will get the money ammount and why this course not getting enrolled
