Hi,
I have made payment for purchasing course title: Master Microservices with Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes today i, e, 07.07.2025. Payment was successful and Rs 629 (INR) money also deducted from my account but not received any email and course also not added in my udemy account.

please help for refund my money or add that course to my account.

I am filing this complaint against Udemy (www.udemy.com) for unfair business practices. I purchased a course from Udemy, and after partially completing it, the course was removed from my account without any notice.

Details of the Issue:

I paid for the course in advance, yet my access was revoked.

No valid reason or notification was given for the removal.br...

I tried purchasing a course on Udemy by paying the amount. The payment was successful but Udemy refuses to acknowledge the transaction and the course was not added to my account. I exchanged several mails with Udemy's Support team with proof of the transaction. However, they have simply blocked me, instead of verifying my claim.
This is extremely disappointing.

I recently purchased a course on Udemy of value 449 Rupees. I have applied for the refund of the course within a day of my purchase. In the refund page it is showing that the refund has been successful, but I did not receive any kind of refund....

Competitive programming essentials, Master Algorithms 2022 course not showing, even after payment done. I did the payment through netbanking and the money was also debited.

I purchased a course on Udemy yesterday by paying money from UPI App. Payment is successful from both UPI and the Bank sides. But, still, the course is not added to my learning. This is quite urgent for me so request you to look at it ASAP.

I had purchased the Complete Data Science Bootcamp Course by Career 365 for 455 Rs Via UPI (Google pay). The amount was debited from my account and it showed that the payment has been received to Udemy but when I opened my payment page it popped a notification that your payment has failed even though the amount was debited from my account. I have made a course purchase on Udemy, through UPI google .My money got debited but the Udemy website showed that we cant complete the purchase.
