I did a transaction on 17/03/2020 in udemy to purchase a course but money deducted from my icici bank but didn't get course. 1st time i didn't get any message that money deducted so i did it again and both times money was deducted but course didn't get added.
Below i have attached a transaction screenshot and what page showed after i made payment.
Please help to get the course or refund my money.
