Udemy — Money deducted from bank account and transaction completed but didn't get confirmation mail and can't find course in my learning

I have purchased this course called e-commerce with mern by Brad traversy worth 385/- on 12 Aug 2021, as I proceeded for the payment through netbanking and gave my bank details to complete the transaction, money got deducted from my account but in the udemy I didn't get any confirmation mail regarding my course. Instead I got a pop up message saying 'unable to process your request, sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later'. Please help me get my money back.
