Udemy — Not getting access to the course I paid for

I have made the payment via google pay to Udemy and the amount of Rs. 490 is debited from my account. But the course I opted for is not visible in my udemy account. Neither the transaction details are visible in my purchase history. Please provide me the course either or I need a refund. I have attached gpay payment bill.
