I have paid Rs. 455 by UPI to udemy, the amount has been deducted from my amount but I was not given the course. I need my money to be refunded it has been more than 12 says. The customer support o[censored]demy do not respond.

Updated by Trisha1995 I have made the purchase by UPI on 16th Fen The amount got deducted from my account but I did not get the course. I have tried contacting udemy multiple times but no one responds from customer care. They have also taken my bank statements for this month.
