Udemy — Payment made successfully and amount debited to purchase course on udemy they did not alloted me course and showed failed transact

I purchased course on udemy on 19th march 2021 below is the link o[censored]rl of that course. I made a transaction of 611/- using bhim upi on web browser and amout debited and showing successful transaction made to [protected]@hdfc. I have also cross verified with the BHIM payment mode by raising complaint to check wheather amount received by beneficiary or not and they replied me back. I am attaching my mail details from respective payment method through which I have paid the amount BHIM UPI method.
I made transaction from browser it wasn't mobile app purchase I signed up in udemy and purchased course who's url is given below
