Udupi Power Project — payment not received

The application is having fee, and i paid the fees, my money has been debited but my application has not applied and i got your transaction is not successful in the website
I given a mail to the [protected]@udupipowerproject.com but there is no response for my mail and also i called to the given phone number +[protected] this mobile number was not existing, im waiting to file a police case if i dont get any reply from the website/company
