Sir/madam
I am a concerned faculty member of dibru college, dibrugarh, assam. Many of our students are awardee o[censored]gc 'ishan uday' scholarship 2016-17 but yet they are not able to get the benefit of the same. The problem lies in not getting the id and password from ugc for registering dibru college for processing it further. Emails for the same had been sent to ugc but no answer or action on their part.
I would request you to do the needful so that good students coming from humble background get the benefit of the scholarship.
