Dear sir
I am in modasa town my costumer no is 204501/16022/5 named suleman abdulrehman khanji located at jamalwav ganchiwada modasa
Sir since last month a have complained at modasa town coplain center about the fluntuation in power and low voltage but their is no satishfactin i get, to night at 4.00 am my service wire colleps and fall down im trying to contact serval time at customer care but i can't get conect
Sir the live wire fall on road it may be harmfull for some one, and also im withaut pover at my home
So pls do the proper way to solw this problem asap

    On 31/03/2016 i paid sbi online net banking payment through billdesk.com, internet banking and amount rs. 548 rs was debited from my account but got error on the page when it is redirecting to again billdesk. My account debited 548 rs but i have no confirmation message received from ugvcl. Please give refund.

      I have complained about uneven voltage supply at my home to UGVCL customer care over the phone and enven in written.         A high voltage Transformer (DP) is installed in front of my house within the distance of 10 feet. It has put our lives in great danger. Even my children are scared to play in front of my house. It has endangered the life of even any passerby and animals nearby. It should immediately be dislocated before any casuality occur.

          The bills sent by UGVCL (Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd) for month of February and March 2015 bear sudden outstanding charges even if the all previous bills were paid inside due date and in full amount. In my bill for Feb-Mar 2015 they have suddenly added Rs 73.40 as previous outstanding even though I paid all previous bills properly inside the time. This way UGVCL is clearly looting consumers as people don't have any option but to bow down on these unreasonable ways of UGVCL. Kindly do needful to tame UGVCL and help people out.

            My consumer number is [protected] and I paid bill for November 2014 of Rs.1070.29 on line on 25.11.2014 and amount has already been debited to my Punjab National Bank Account but the status is showing as "PENDING' till this time. Neither amount has been refunded to my account.The process Id is 10-[protected] .               Respected Sir / Madam

              In the reference of the above consumer number i would like to request you pls do arrangement of Cheque Box while paying through cheque also we have wait atleast one hour in queue & the other thing i would like to tell you that i was forced to pay rs 100 on 13-01-14 when i went to pay my bill otherwise they were not ready to accept the cash because i was paying 4 months bill this was reason given but the reciept was given of Reconnection Charges & also my last outstanding was rs 4423 whereas in new bill came rs 4461 so my question to you is this if the company s rule are of taking any type of charge as taken by me can be generated in new bill why your collection persons are forcing us pay i was moved to 3 different tables for quering the same and atlast pinakin named person attented and told this is our rule. I hope you will understand the situation and do needfull so that consumers are not cheated & became slaves at your counters. As according to me this can be called WHITE CORRUPTION.


              Waiting for your reply & hope amount will refunded which in above 2 ways have been taken by me.

              note ; the connection was not disconnected & the last date of bill was 13-01-14.
