UGVCL — Bill paid online but transaction failed

Dear Sir, My customer number is [protected] at UGVCL Ahmedabad, Chandkheda, The said customer number is on the name of "URVI HARESHBHAI DAVE". I paid my electricity bill of 8884.53 Rs online via online portal bill desk today at 09:50 AM via my netbanking account. My account has been debited for 8884.53 Rs, but the portal has not redirected to UGVCL site and I had not received confirmation message of bill payment. In short, my transaction has been failed. Please do needful. Thank you. My e mail address is [protected]@yahoo.co.in and contact number is [protected].
