I am surviving with basic equipment's having 3 fan and 3 light with a freeze and television. In between last 1 year, many times my family moved outdoor. But my electricity bill is generated on higher side and increasing on regular basis. I have cross verified with our residence having same equipment and come to know that my billing is excess by 2 times i.e. between Rs, 1800 to Rs, 2800.
I have lodged complaint through mail, in 07/6/23 and 17/05/24 and repeated calling complaint number but not reachable and also lodged through whatsapp number [protected], but every time message coming as API integration fails to complete request. In case bills are not paid, every time employees are visiting site to cut the power, but complaint are not attended and no visit for the same
UGVCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
