This is Amit Kumar Chauhan residing at satyamev chavvni 3 located at lapkaman, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It's 1 BHK independent house where in I have 2 AC, 1 Refrigerator, 3 Fans & 3 Lights. What kind of service is this? We don't recieve a single copy of bill and then they cut the line saying late payment. Like what the hell is this.
When asked the guy that came here to cut connection they said k bill wo meter ke piche lagata hai. I mean who goes to check their meter in the basement everyday. And then they charge extra for connecting again and also have to pay penalty for late payment. The worst electricity provider ever....

On 12th July 2021, I made payment to UGVCL for my residential connection. My consumer number: [protected].
Bill number: 3/17442.
I paid bill amount 1365.59 Rs on 12th July through UGVCL website, through bill desk. But during transaction, UGVCL website page became unresponsive

I have made online bill payment to UGVCL using it's official website on 8th July 2021. My online transaction was successful and it's gave me success status along with appropriate transaction number and money also get debited from my credit card.

But when I checked the last bill payment status just after two weeks of my online payment on UGVCL site it's still showing as pending....

i am birju chauhan, flat no c2-703, aagnan, adani shantigram, Ahmedabad i paid the bill of Rs.655 on[protected] through amazon pay and same amount be debited from my bank account but in my current bill I saw my last bill amount as an arrears
so I want to solve this problem and get revert of the paid amount
