I am writing to raise a concern regarding my electricity bill payment for UGVCL, which I paid through Paytm on 31st July 2025. However, as of today, the payment has not yet been reflected in the UGVCL system, and I am still receiving reminders to pay the bill.

I am surviving with basic equipment's having 3 fan and 3 light with a freeze and television. In between last 1 year, many times my family moved outdoor. But my electricity bill is generated on higher side and increasing on regular basis. I have cross verified with our residence having same equipment and come to know that my billing is excess by 2 times i.e. between Rs, 1800 to Rs, 2800.

I have lodged complaint through mail,...

Every day problem and power cut of my area only, this is a small village but only in my area Every day problem at night power cut and very low power,

Dear Ugvcl team,

I have resident in Ozone City Naroda Kubernagar, my service no. is [protected].

In our society there was same problem of cable fire everyday but no have the permenant solution.

This is very sad to say that what your technicians done daily, the complaint is repeat again and again.

Your service is very poor in this time of technology and i can't understand why only in our area this is happening daily.

So kindly give the complaint to any senior team and solve this problem forever.

I paid my Electricity bill with consumer number [protected] by scanning the QR on the UGVCL bill, my money got deducted by the paytm and it shows that payment made successfully but UGVCL did not show payment confirmation as their website got stuck.

Now money is deducted 3 DAYS ago but the bill is still showing not paid.

UGVLC website is not opening from the USA to pay any bills or check the status of pending payment online. Please do needful

I am facing lots of power cut in Omkar Lotus, Motera Ahmedabad from last two weeks so frequently and that too in late evening
As I run my tuition classes so it affects students studies
Please look into this matter as soon as possible

Main Street road line to main power switch power irrupted ...and many time switch power off and automatic power supply issue kindly do the needful for issue solve

Arrears amounts rs 4801.43, I had paid all the bill till now, no bill is pending from my side.there may be not updated.
I request to revert to settle this bill of month july-Aug 23

We have applied for new connection for our new industrial unit in aslali which comes under Bareja sub division of sabarmati circle, ugvcl . we have met junior engineer shri R.R. Soni for this but he didnt do anything since we have submitted the said documents and then after 10 days when we went to take update he asked for other documents and then we submitted the asked documents, after that we take update after 15 days still he asked for other new documents and not giving the proper answer and not talking nicely with the consumers and still our application has not submitted and it has caused me alot of financial loss and it has created alot of mental stress in me and in my family mind because we are not able to start our business because of this and it is delaying our work and our whole family is in depression as we are not able to work and my last hope is to get this done qucikly and efficiently.Its been 45 days now since we submitted our application for the first time and still no work has been done.

Its very painful to write that we are living in this INDIA SPECIAL IN GUJARAT from last 3 days electricity power cut off cut on my mother is a heart patient in this hot weather and special power cut off how can people ll survive is UGVCL PROVIDING IN FREE OF COST ? Why are we not paying bills and taxes then why please request to GOVERNMENT RAISE THIS ISSUE THIS IS MY 2nd complain but no response at all

From last 16 hours no electricity in DEESA GUJARAT i told him we have a patient at home my mother is suffering from diabetes and blood pressure now think once in this hot weather how patients will survive if in case KOI MAR GAYA TO WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT REALLY SHAME ON GOVERNMENT FOR TAXES GOVERNMENT IS ALWAYS READY TO TAKE BUT FOR THIS KINDA IRRESPONSIBILITY WHO IS RESPONSIBLE SHAME ON UGVCL TEAM AND GOVERNMENT OF GUJARAT

Due to a general fault at 10 o'clock in the night, the dim light went off. It is our humble request that you take appropriate action against the employees who walk away from such work as the registered complaint is not resolved within 7 hours.

Most often power cut is been observed after 9:00 PM in the area near Satyam Mall, Rajkot - Ahmedabad Hwy, Changodar, Gujarat 382213

I paid my electricity bill online on UGVCL website on 20 April 2023 but it is still not update on website.
