On 1st FEB 2022, many societies in Sola, Ahmedabad area got 8-hour power cut. Customers do not received any prior notification form company like always.
For such a long power-cut, UGVLC should inform every customer by SMS and Email at least 1 day before power-cut, so customers can plan their work accordingly.
