Nobody responds over the phone while trying to log a complaint of interrupted power supply. Even that no is not getting connected and have to try calling them multiple times. Also there is no prior notice of power interruption is given and cut the power. How can ugvcl charge service charge? When there is no proper services. Consumer no. [protected] Mobile no. Why the light bill of home is received on regularly at end of 2 months...????? Bcz GEB is charged cost on per unit price...if the unit is more then GEB is charge higher charges...so is their any circular to send light bill send at end of 2 months???? Is yes share a details...need ur positive responce...
