UGVCL — Not providing electricity line after paying fees since last 1 month | |||
We have paid the fees on 30/07/2021 but since then officers are not following the rules they asked me to find poles first after so many verbal complaints for the poles they asked their contractors to do so. Then they said they don’t have cables to give power supply, we have been waiting and complaining since last one month for the cables but they keep asking to wait for the cables to come. Yesterday on 31st august they said trim the trees which are in between the two poles though it is not our duty to trim the trees but as we need electricity, we did it in 2 hours though it was raining heavily but since then they asked us to call contractor by providing their numbers but contractor is asking for cable to us. Such a disgusting experience from UGVCL SHILAJ. Was this information helpful? | |||
