UGVCL — Payment done but receipt not generated

On 12th July 2021, I made payment to UGVCL for my residential connection. My consumer number: [protected].
Bill number: 3/17442.
I paid bill amount 1365.59 Rs on 12th July through UGVCL website, through bill desk. But during transaction, UGVCL website page became unresponsive
and payment got deducted from my bank account. Payment receipt not generated for the same. So i contacted my bank and confirmed that payment is successful. But on UGVCL website it was still showing payment due. So I again made payment for the same on 14th July 2021 through PAYTM, which was successful. I want acknowledgement of payment from UGCVL about 1365.59 RS made on 12thh July2021. And if they had not received the payment, then I want a written statement from UGVCL that they have not received the payment. So that I can show it to my bank and start refund process.
