Issue- Power Cut without intimation
Details -
I have not received physical bill - and got only the online bill on email on 29- Jan which was in spam and i missed- the due date- today I am facing a power cut since past 8 hrs and there is no intimation about Why it has Happened-
Then i checked my Bills - It Show 616 is Due- Which i paid immediately
Now upon Calling- UGVCL Customer Care- Is not behaving rightly- Talking to me as if i have done some crime
I asked why the power Cut Happened- They said due to non payment-
How come a Electricity can be disconnected without intimation to the customer -
They adamantly said- We do not provide any notice
Now i am here in my office and my elderly mother is suffering without Internet- Lights- Fan - Ac - anything-
Even after paying the bill online- They said i have to visit the office and Still pay the penalty - and that too - and cannot be done online
I have been harassed - and Now i need this Rule to be looked upon-
Need Compensation for the torture & harassments
A compensation for causing mental and physical agony
