In summer, at 12 o'clock at night our society's light gone by natural. And after an hour later i get number from internet and called executive for a service that why light gone and please come at oir place and repair it. But the executive on the other side talked me that your problem would solved in morning rudely and terribly way he cut the line of phone. We pay our bill on time they take high amount of money on bill on name of service charge and we customers expect at least a good answer or service from the company but it is waste of money. Going to add solar on our rooftop asap.
