UGVCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 14, 2021 Updated by Vinodkumar Merai Still after 5 days, there is no reply from ugvcl. Also site is still not open in web browser. its redirect to https://portal.guvnl.in/ Now even after registration on new portal, there is no existing consumer account linked up or there is no way to link existing consumer account. Playing like trial and error on webportal

they have no proper e mails, i addressed about four e mails on relevant e mails but
all of them returned., typing on gebmail which they use is not responding.,
one can find all stupid information on google search
to register, I put in absolutely correct consumer number, but its not accepted and
states that put in correct number., is that not stupid.
