UGVCL — UPI payment debited from SBI bank but not credited to Beneficiary (UGVCL)

Address:Shertha, Dist: Gandhinagar

I have pay my electricity bill to UGVCL on date 13/10/2021 by BHIM Application and also payment debited from my account but not credited to UGVCL.
i have written complain to bank but SBI bank said payment credited to UGVCL.
Please do the needful.
