Ujjivan Small Finance Bank — Not letting us to close the loan account

We had one loan account with ujjivan small finance bank. We want to pay the whole amount and close the account. But they are not allowing us to close the account. Only message come as your foreclosure request process and then declined. Again new request goes and message come as processing. Like that they don’t let us know why we can’t close our loan account by paying the amount.
