Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Complaints & Reviews

We had one loan account with ujjivan small finance bank. We want to pay the whole amount and close the account. But they are not allowing us to close the account. Only message come as your foreclosure request process and then declined. Again new request goes and message come as processing. Like that they don’t let us know why we can’t close our loan account by paying the amount....

Im vinod i have applied for closure of bank account my account number is [protected] my ph no is [protected] in tippasandra branch, miss bhuvana gave assistance in closing the account and mr nandeesh took the rest in completing the procedure and he told me the bank takes 2 days to send money to my account but its been around more than 20 days and more still amount is not received and i am very much dissapointed by the manager nandeesh speach he did not gave me my money instead he told me to file a complaint now just tell me will the ujjivan pay intrest for the days consumed and the fuel expenses i spent on travelling to the bank i am verrymuch dissapointed by the service provided no other bank in india will take more than 2 days to give back the customers money actuly we customers are the reason for yur institution to run a successful buiness then why are the employes making us run behind the employes please do take this as a serious concern and do the needfull and please teach your staff nandeesh to provide proper service to a customer thanks

With reference to above subject i want to file complain against ujjivan small finance bank.

I have current home loan in concerned bank and due to some emergency i need some fund and that is why i applied for top up loan against the current home loan in january 2020 during that period bank were accepted the request informally but later this covid-19 happened, and the bank rejected the loan saying that you have opted for moratorium and you are not further eligible for any loans even if i am capable of paying all coming emi s.
Please let me know if any person has opted for moratorium is not eligible for any further loans even if that person is assuring about payback.

Please take serious action against concerned banks and also please provide us new guidelines regarding this if any.

Dear sir, i am inderjeet resident of v. P. O. Nandrampur bas distt rewari haryana. I am sending a application to you regarding fraud transaction from my relatives account. She received 20000/- amount in her account as loan from ujjivan bank account but due to her debit card and atm pin theft some one did the fraud transaction on[protected]. Amount was debited three times from one atm location was mansa chowk bhiwadi. So please do the inquiry from mansa chowk atm there was 3 atms. Icici, hdfc, and pnb bank. Please do the enquiry with all atm bank of mansa chowk location that whom did these fraud transactions. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Application latter writer by her attached in mail.
