I have been an active lottery member for a number of years. Recently my debit card was destroyed and I was
supplied with a new card by Visa.
When I tried to log in with the new card the computer
would not accept it and I have tried many times with the same result.
I complained to them by email but without a reply.
Today I tried their instant chat and there was no chat.
I appears that they have no human employees and have not properly programmed their computer. Was this information helpful? |
