Ultraglass — My order got cancelled it was a prepaid order and there is no response from company

I have ordered screen protector from ultraglass.in on September 9th, and my order got cancelled on 19th September, it was a prepaid order and there is no response from company they are not responding to mail and calls. Order Number:-#3957 I want them to refund my money back or send the courier ASAP
