I have ordered 2 screen protector from ultraglass.in on 2nd February 2024, My order #6308 I ordered one iphone 15 and motorola edge 40 neo

Ultraglass tempered glass but he gave me tempered glass of both iphone 15
i used one but the other one was given wrong product
i want to replace it with tempered glass of motorola edge 40 neo

On 2nd February 2024 I ordered two tempered glasses for my two new phones from the website www.ultraglass.in. As per the shipping policy o[censored]ltra Glass Company, they deliver anywhere in India in maximum 5 days. Today completed 7 days but they still haven't delivered my order to me for no reason its showing pending status in the courier company there is no progress I just want them to deliver my order quickly or refund my full money immediately...
