Ultratech Cement — I am complaining about ultratech weather plus cement

I purchased ultratech weather plus cement 70 bag for roof but after only a period of 06 months a long Crack took place and now after more 03 months more cracks take place & water is also coming from that Crack in rain
Very poor quality of cement never even seen this type of cement its not at all useful for house construction
