Hi,

I got casted my slap of around 2200 sq ft area using ultra tech cement and chemical under the guidance o[censored]ltra tech engineer.

But in the starting after one days it's started giving cracks and I asked to engineer why it's happening he said it's common.

But when rain started its started leakage and after one month it's started leakage more when raining.

Kindly give me the reason...

Recently we put a roof concrete using ultratech Aditya Birla cement..
Within 4 hours crack formed everywhere and we thought it won't leake but it is leaking everywhere in the roof.

I purchased Ultratech cement in August 2022 for new house roof. Cement is very low quality, it breaks easily and cement crack. Cement is checked from some fake guys who said cement is ok. If cement is ok then why they don't give written assurance that cement is ok. Per me Ultratech cement is not no. 1. It is third class cement and it should be ban from market....

I purchased ultratech weather plus cement 70 bag for roof but after only a period of 06 months a long Crack took place and now after more 03 months more cracks take place & water is also coming from that Crack in rain...

I have purchased ultratech premium cement on 7th feb 2022, As it is regarded as one of the best cement in the country but I found this cement performance very pathetic, I had complaint about the cement that time itself but the ultratech dealer said that cure the cement little more and it will be alright, it's been 3 month now but ultratech cement mortar is itself detaching from the wall which is so worry some for me as...

Cracks in concrete slab and leakage even after using weather plus ultratech cement.
Even after complete tile work slab leakage did not stop.
I will complaint in consumer forum

I build my home near 3800 sq feet area and I use only ultra tech cement. I started my home 2 nd dec 2020, and there many cracks and the quality of cement is very dull every one is complaining even my plumber, my electration & my painter all are saying that the cement is not good.
Now I m very upset regarding this complains. I will update this on google also and recommend to all my friends & relative for buying ultra tech cement in future.

I am in process of constructing a commercial property. As it’s in a busy street we decided to go with Ultratech RMC.
The sales guys promised on time Delivery. To our utter disappointment no one turned up, after lot of follow up the site engineer turns up and he took almost an hour to confirm the go ahead.
The pumps came in very late so did the truck loads. Which resulted in us working late in the night, causing disturbance to the neighbours. Work suppose to commence at 10pm and finish by 11:30pm, started only at 11:20 and finished at 2:30am!!
Uktratech had promised they would keep up the time and ensure help will be on hand to contact. We had to run pillar to post. Sales person switched off the phone and literally no one was there to support.

I am purchase ultratrch weather plus 70 bag in march, use in roofing but in rainy season whole roof leakage problem.

Sir yesterday I has purchased 40 bags of PPC Ultratech cement on 28/06/2021 from M/S Surya Syndicate Enterprise, Srikakulam District Andhra Pradesh state. The cement has unloaded at 1130 hrs in my home village Kanimetta, PS-Ponduru, Srikakulam District Andhra Pradesh. The cement has kept highly preservatives in my godown. Today at 0900 hrs we have opened two bags which are not good quality. The remaining 38 bags are also checked by masons and the same are also found not good quality. I requested the area manager o[censored]ltratech cement in my district to replace the same but he doesn't responded positively. please direct him to replace the same by providing fresh and good quality cement.

My house roofing was constructed by ultra tech readymix from the first day itself i faced leakages. I reported the issue and gave them 4 chances to rectify issue but from all those chnces they couldn't rectify the same. I spend 2 lakhs for the roofing and end result is literally nothing i escalated the issue to higher levels but even after that also no result now their managers also not pifking my call Mr. joseph, Mr Sreenivas, Mr Sarath who all are handling responsible posts they are not either called me nor they are responding to the issue what kind of trash sercvice is this??

I have purchased 65 bags o[censored]ltratech weather plus cement from our local dealer Shree shyam cement agency for RCC lantre on roof dated on 28/03/21. Today morning on 29/03/21 I found crácks on whole roof when I checked cement expiry date I found that expiry date was of- 09/20/02. As per date, cement was already expired on
may'20.

Local vendor Shree shyam agency Faridabad(Haryana) told me that he brang cement directly from company's ware house.

Now I feel cheated by ultra tech company/dealers and my roof also got damaged due to expired cement.

Now I request to company authorities kindly send an engineer who
can estimate about roof damage and kindly investigate involvement
of agencies/dealers and fix their accountability.

I used Ultratech Premium Cement for my slab concreting. after de-shuttering, found water moisture at bottom of slab. then I called service engineer, he said tis nothing, this is weather moisture. After 8 month, now I clean of my roof top, some long crack are found & water leakage start .

I do not understand, now what i am doing.

I making a hose by ultratech cement, house going to finish in that moments I realise that the cement plaster is not enough strength, same like soil. If Knock by finger the plaster come out from wall. In this situation What should I do please gide me . Photo attached below.

I'm facing problems with local ultratech technical support. I am usied ultratech cement Opc 53 grade for foundation and 3 slabs total area measuring9000 sft. Your technical division testing machine and the van not operational since march 25 as per your local representative. I have the recordings of the phone talk of your good office people suggesting to get the cubes tested outside with payment. 6 months waited . Some corrective measures to take

I have deposit 330000 INR for Non Trading cement bags for school building, After recieving 600 bags, I called for rest of the 400 bags during 7500 Sq feet slab time, they replied we are unable to deliver as the time crossed, However no one ask for the timing that u will not recieve that bags after a particular time, At that time i have purchased costly trading bags, which disturb my pocket expense . What the benifit i got from your company, even i dint recieve my rest amount back, rest 3 floors and alot of thing to done, i will go to consumer court for my interesr of 2 months and fake deals. Further ill go for other companies for rest of the constrution work. Iam very disappoint with your deals. Atlast i[censored] will not give me bags or interest i will put file in consumer court and give differnt negative views from ample of peoples, even i suggest atleast 20 of my parents to use ultratech.

We M/s Venus buildtech india pvt ltd often purchase Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) from Ultratech Cement Ltd South Zone office No. 9, third floor, Shriniwas Classic, Above Corporation Bank, Main Bnaer Road, Pune 411045, India. They always take advance payment but everytime after making payment they don't deliver RMC on time which is very surprising because a company with this reputation its just ruining its name. Whenever we ask about our material we only get excuses all the time. Its really sad to know that sometimes they don't have raw material for supplying RMC or they have taken excess of orders according to their capacity. Its a shame for a company at such a huge level as you guys are not able to maintain your status and ruining your market value.

A great concern for such a highly reputed company in cement segment. No action being taken by local dealers and company's officers. Refilling of cement in ultratech bags is going on from last 1 year in najibabad (Dist-bijnor) uttar pradesh - 246763. Sir please take a must action so that no one can think of doing this at the sack of such a reputeted company.
Refiling is done day & night at ahirwad iron and cement, kotdwara road, najibabad-246763.

I have sent my shares for transmission under folio 81499261 o[censored]ltra tech cement ltd on 09.10.18. After many calls which are on hold for almost an hour the company karvy tells me they hv recd on 12.11.18. Where as still no revert on sand it’s alreadt 02.01.19. My speed post number is em[protected]in dated 09.10.18. I’m surprised at the casual attitude from karvy on such a matter.

Since long and penning down this mail due to the color iaaue of the cement which is really affecting the marbel work. For my home work i have puchased more than 800 bags of cement from your esteemed company. I have purchased ultratech premium for roof work and psc for plastering work. I have never ever purchased ppc for the any of my concrete work due to it's blackness and i never have any complain on the same and not only that i always avocating ultratech cement to my friends as well for his civil work. Now for the white marbel settings i puchased 70 bags psc white one which is delivered from kosipur kolkata but i received black psc one... During purchase i specifically mentioned about the white ones and i paid extra rs 3 for the same.
Now, this black color supress the whiteness of costly marbel, which is not at all acceptable.
I already reachout to the local ultratech marketing agent for the same 5 days back...
But, i do not receive any positive response for the same, he is not able to tell me the estimated days for replacing the same.

So being a loyal customer o[censored]ltratech, i never thought about this kind of experience from a company like ultratech!! I am really disappointed!!!

I ordered 160 bags o[censored]ltratech cements (Opc 53) from ultratech's authorized dealer, chendurmurugan cements, based in chennai dated 16th april 2018. Whereas, the above said dealer delivered only 150 bags of cement on 19th april 2018 without even delivering invoice. I enquired the same multiple times, there was no response from chendurmurugan cements and i've made complaint to ultratech on 04th may 2018 for which there is no response.

I am disappointed that the organization of such repute hasn't initiated any action against their dealer for bringing disrepute to their name. I feel very agonized with multiple follow-ups and if no refund is initiated within 3 business days, then i'll have to file a complaint in district consumer redressal court for the mental agony caused and for non payment of my money.

Hi Guys, I am a young management graduate with HR from Raipur and recently happened to come across a placement agency which offered me guaranteed placement in UltraTech Cement as one of the partner of the consultancy Mr. M M John is a GM – HR in the same company. But they are asking a huge sum in advance and in cash and that too without any receipt as this is not legal but a back door entry. They also made me speak to some of the earlier candidates on call, who could barely speak in English but said they are placed by MM John sir in big MNC’s?

Can anyone provide me genuine feedback on this consultant?

This is for your kind information that I ,Arnab Roy s/o Mr. Samaresh Roy,Vill+P.O.-Sitapur,Dist.-Paschim Midnapore,West Bengal has been constructed a new house in our native village.I have purchased total 105 bags o[censored]ltratech Cement from my local authorized dealer NAYAK & Co.,Goura,Sonamui,Paschim Medinipore,West Bengal C/O Mr. Nemai Nayak(Ph no.-[protected]).First 70 nos bags cement were found OK,but last 35 nos bags(total costs Rs 10150/-,paid by cheque,bill received on plain paper) purchased on 15.06.2011 were in worst condition.The cement carrying bags were damaged with a scarcity of nearly 15 kg per bag and 20-30 % cement in those bags were in lumped condition.I have tried to contact with him several times but he is disregarding me.Moreover,I requested him to inspect those damaged bags but he ignored me.Now,I compelled to change my mind not to use Ultratech cement further due to the poor service of your esteemed dealer.
I request you to take necessary action against the dealer for such nuisance.

sir i am a ultratech cement dealr...i deals with our cement from 6 years...i am a small dealer from an village. but the dealrs from (city=jagraon Dist..Ludhiana punjab) supply the ultratech cement in our area with less rates.. when i complait against them in our office in ludhiana..then the office incharge mr.solanki told me that he will take action against him...but he did not take any action...but he told me that ...apko jo krna hai kar lo..
now sir please tell me..what can i do..please sir.tell me what can i do.??
