UM Motors in partnership with Lohia Auto started selling Renegade bikes in India in 2016. I purchased this bike in 2017 march, the bike had lots of issues from the start like heating problem, starting problem. But we had a service center in cochin from where we used to get service. However by 2019, the service center closed citing UM Lohia is not delivering any parts to them. From then on, it's a struggle to get the bike running. I have spent close to 2.20 lakhs for the bike and its sitting in garage for last 1 year now. How can companies start like this and wind up in 2 to 3 years without providing minimum service guarantee for customers. There are many customers like me who have bought the bike and dont know what to be done. I can see lot of complaints about them but no action taken. I believe Lohia Auto is still in business by duping customers like us. Please do something, else this will repeat and they will keep minting money by fooling people like us.
