Its my request to courts kindly plz take some action on this fraud company, no service center no spares parts, cheap quality body and engine, i spend 2.15 lakh on the bike

Bought um renegade sports s registered in mumbai with registration no mh01 cs 3046. Company sold extended warranty... extended Road Side Assistance and ran closing the company. No parts available. No service centre. Bike has fitness certificate of about 15 to 20 years. Paid more than 2.15 lac in purchasing bike but now no help from government also

UM Motors in partnership with Lohia Auto started selling Renegade bikes in India in 2016. I purchased this bike in 2017 march, the bike had lots of issues from the start like heating problem, starting problem. But we had a service center in cochin from where we used to get service. However by 2019, the service center closed citing UM Lohia is not delivering any parts to them. From then on, it's a struggle to get the bike running. I have spent close to 2.20 lakhs for the bike and its sitting in garage for last 1 year now. How can companies start like this and wind up in 2 to 3 years without providing minimum service guarantee for customers. There are many customers like me who have bought the bike and dont know what to be done. I can see lot of complaints about them but no action taken. I believe Lohia Auto is still in business by duping customers like us. Please do something, else this will repeat and they will keep minting money by fooling people like us.

No service center in vizag since 2.5 years..bike purchased @ 2.5lakhs and its condition getting deteriorate because of non availability of proper servicing here..

Commando bike is the worst ever experienced bike it has starting problem chain problem.and lots of discmofort.

Went to the workshop for at least 20 times in 2 years also they don't have available spare parts because of which it would be there with themselves for weeks I never rode it for a full month. Service centers are a real pain they are fixing temporary and charging more. Every month I am spending 5k and there is no guarantee from the service center, that time it will work, after 2 to 3 days the problem starts again.

There are no showrooms available across the country and many people including me bought this bike, which is even a costly bike.
How would a government allow such companies to establish without giving minimum support for customers.

We purchased this renegade commando classic in 2017, now we facing lot of issues with this bike, there is no Ex-boyfriend showroom & service centre, my bike had a starting problem since 2020, regular mechanic did not have a knowledge to find a problem also, we are all suffering with this bike kindly reopen the at least service centre in each dist

Lots of problems with this bike, starting problem, engine heat problem, self start, fan issues. I took 4years extra warrenty for this bike. How do I claim this?? Please help me, I am having lots of issues with this

We have bough the commendo in the year of 2017. but till now facing dicomfort with this bike. kindly take the bike as buy back scheme.

Company gave a warranty of 2 years but disappeared without notice much earlier. As consumer I am facing challenges to find the service centers and spare parts. Paying 2.3lacs the vehicle often fails to start and there is no one to repair, if local guys repair also the problem persist. Either company need to start service centers or refund us appropriately

Paid 11K for starting issue in the TNT Motors. After 15 days again the same issue is happening. If calling to service center manager, he said we don't give any warranty on parts. We cant help you in this situation.

If i am paying Rs. 11k for bike repair, then definitely i need some warranty. At least don't need any trouble for the same issue.

We have bought UM renegade commando in 2017 and since then the struggle has started. There is no service and parts available. And cause of this vendors are fooling around people who have this brand bikes. The whole 2.15lacs wasted and no return value also to this.

We have purchased um comando regened bike but i am trying to find parts for repair 3500 km runing clutch plate redirect chain all become useless but not getting parts from any delaer or distribution center no phone no is available to tak

I purchased um renegade sport s bike in 09.02.2018 at name of my mother Shobha Mourad Harda (M.P.) India.since from then bike is making a lot of trouble and I am trying again and again to call dealer, no response is coming. Hence please look in this matter

Sir in lock down period my bike kept away for 1 month battery got down i recharged battery again it started and again i didn't use for 10 days it's not started i got new battery also but it not starting. I need customer care no to raise complaint.

7 month se bike gar per padi hai parts nhi mil rhe hai pagalo ki trh kosis kr rha hu company to bhag gyi hume maar gyi plz hum kya kre btao mere pass sports s hai

It's been more than a 6 month we are not receiving any of your spares of renegade commando and my bike is just sleeping in clinic, i bought this with very enthusiastic but now i am suffering a lot.

Kindly please do start supply the spares, its not about only my bike its of everyone who bought in karnataka, mysore especially, the showroom got shutdown, and we need to travel for 200km to get serviced, also now no one is ready to buy this vehicle, now i am realizing tat why i bought this vehicle by paying the huge amount by savings by expenditure.

Please give us the best service else please shut your company, please don't play with people emotions.

Hello sir i purchased bike at mysore in november 2017.in the beginning the bike condition is good soon after the battery problem starts i call to showroom but no response from that. After that i plan to visit showroom unfortunately the showroom has been closed without intimating the consumers. What can i do for this problem please take bike and give compensation for the bike.

I bought commando 300 on 25th july 2018
Total running of the bike is 7000 kms
I have got this bike repaired 3 times and this time again the problem has reoccured
Bike doesn’t start
I have spent more that 15000 inr on the repair already
Showroom and service centre is shut
What do i do with the bike?
Does the company leave there consumers like that

Hai im vysakh p. From kerala. I brought renegade commando bike from tamil nadu. As per new motor vehicle rule i cant place number plate as my own. Number plate should provide by the bike dealer. Bt now while im calling to the dealer they re not p9cking up the phone. The delaer is from. Tamil nadu, anna salai. I ve completed my vehicle registration and i got my number but till now i didnt get the number plate. I dont know what to do. So for that please help me. I brought this renegade bike as my dream bike. But now i cant ride ot properly due to the lack. Of number plate. Please help. Me.

Um motors jammu is not providing service as i register complaint a month ago and no action taken till date and they tell that mechanic is coming tomorrow and that tommorow never comes and there is problem with the self and they also telling me that they ll charge more if they come to my home but i already pay for road assistance and last time engine oil they used is of gixer and after that poor perfomance is given by my bike and also self take much more time to start thats y self of my bike is now not operable

Hi i was purchase um renegade on jan 18, after few days back i was facing a problem in my radiator & speedometer, i visit your service center in karkardoma - delhi as um inderprastha, they told me your both parts are not working properly need to change than i told them still my bike in warranty period & i also purchase extended warranty they said so sir right now you are not eligible to change this parts in free of cost, please come to us on feb 2020 we will change your both parts free of cost...

My question is why they are not changing this parts right now, thats the reason you guys are loose your customers.

I have bought classic in oct 2018 and haven't been able to get promised accessories like the saddle bag and tank pouch.
I have been in continuous touch with the dealer m/s square auto bangalore and the zonal manager o[censored]m in south zone, but to no avail.
I am unable to get my bike serviced as there are no authorised service centres. I gave the bike to a pvt service station as advised by the zonal manager and regretted it.
I have absolutely no clue as to where to get the bike serviced.
Any help is welcome.
