Um Renegade — bad quality bike and service - need refund

I purchased this bike on 28th march 2017 and the day i got this bike delivered very next day bike didnot start a brand new bike not even 1 day completed when i called them they were so careless said sir push and get the bike started and get it to the showroom no road side assistance.

After that they tried fixing it and gave a temporary solution for it but i was not satisfied and always i faced hating issue and was not able to keep my leg near the foot rest while riding so much engine heat just a waste engine one fine day again i faced a problem front doom got cracked due to vibration in bikes body till date 3 doom they changed but still got cracked unable to fix the vibration issue till date.

To fix the vibration issue they use gum tape i have paid 2 lakhs for this bike and i get this type of service and a waste bike.

Then again i faced issue in lights it was not working front and back lights they replaced it.

Then one day after service i took the bike from showroom due to heating issue complete coolant got leaked in centre of the road it was so embarrassing i waited for 3 hours for a road side pick up truck to come and pick the bike.

Then they kept my bike for a longer time saying still issue is not fixed then one day they changed the complete set of front fan kit.

Then now recently spent 5000rs for service i asked them to fix the issues im facing like breaking was not proper, clutch issue it was not smooth then, heating issue and mainly the battery issue they said will get it done and after a week they said bike is ready please take it.

After collecting i left for a ride and i switched it off on a signal and after that bike didnot start it was not taking self and when i called the showroom and scolded them they are asking to push the bike on 20km speed it will get started and it didnot start.

And i pushed it for 5km and dropped the bike to lalbagh showrom bangalore they ask me to arrange a call from some person then only they will collect so ridiculous behaviour.

Now my bike is in showroom again from the day i have taken bike i have not been to any long ride thinking this bike will not go so far i made a mistake taking this bike just riding this bike within city for 15000kms these many issues god knows what all will come if i do long drive and main part is they will ask me to push it for 100km also these people are shameless.

# i demand a complete refund from the company for my loss of time and money else i will be posting this everywhere and make sure nobody purchase this bike.
