Unacademy — Subscription charges not refunded

I took subscription of approx 4000rs and have taken 0 live classes and watched 2 videos till now since subscription.
I asked the company to refund the amound as i haven't exploited the platform and with 2 classes i realised i couldn't connect with way of teaching on their platform.
Unacademy informed me they have no refund policy which i wasn't told about or see anywhere while taking course.
In edtech field you normally get a chance to take refund within first 2-3 classes you attend almost every 2nd platform gives your this option.
I have requested them multiple times that if i had used it even for 10 days i would not have asked for it but literally 0 live classes and 2 days o[censored]se of platform is genuine reason to not refund money to student? Is it fair? That too when you don't disclose your refund policy. This is shady practice from Unacademy bec even in on campus coaching you get your refund if you leave your coaching in 2-3 days.
I'm asking them to arrange a call to some senior Authority so that i can explain my case but they are send same replies everytime.
