I need to report a fraud on the name o[censored]NACADEMY and Shine.com

Today some half an hour back, I got a call from a man (naming himself as Rahul Sharma).+[protected]

He told me that he is calling from Shine.com and the company have vacancy from UNACADEMY for Chemistry Online classes.
For that he took my Whatsapp No. and sent me a link of an App which is also having a logo of Shine.com and then he directed me to pay 10 Rs. For generating interview ID with UNACADEMY, scheduled tomorrow @6pm.

So I request you to kindly verify the same and do the needful.

These types of calls are spoiling the trust of such competitive brands of Online Education like UNACADEMY and Job Search Portal like Shine.com.

I took subscription of approx 4000rs and have taken 0 live classes and watched 2 videos till now since subscription.
I asked the company to refund the amound as i haven't exploited the platform and with 2 classes i realised i couldn't connect with way of teaching on their platform.
Unacademy informed me they have no refund policy which i wasn't told about or see anywhere while taking course.

Delete my unacademy account and it's data permanently from you're servers associated with my email ID

There was a contest organised by next level, a product o[censored]nacademy team and i secured the second rank in the contest. As promised by the company, the second rank holder should have gotten an ipad air. But its been 2 month, i haven't received any reward and the team o[censored]nacademy are not receiving my phone. I have got one mail regarding my rewards from them but after that i have not heard from them.

I purchased a subscription priced 4000/-. Classes were held for few days. But after that few educators left the organisation and also the remaining educators stopped taking classes and i was cheated

We subscribed for Unacademy based on the feedback that they would provide Grade 12 coaching in English. However when the classes started the teacher's were explaining everything in Hindi. We sent numerous reminders and complaints however they never bothered to address our concerns. In the end we lost our subscription. An institution that is in the business of education should understand that education is like a religion in our country. Falsifying information and then not showing any regret for this falsified information is a crime against education and would be viewed as misleading and conning people. We came to you for education and did not learn anything. Very sad to see the state of education being dragged through the dirt when it should be worshiped.

I purchased my 4 month subscription on 03/01/2023 of Rs 19, 480. I was given no information about no refund when I was purchasing the subscription. When I joined, I saw all the new batches have already being started and I am lagging behind because of this. The educator won't hear everyones problem and ban from class if they feel so. I am student and this amount of money is very precious to me. So on the basis of all these, I am totally dissatisfied with the content and quality o[censored]nacademy and demand full refund of my amount paid.

I am an under grad and want to pursue gate, initially I took chemical engineering as a subject but now want to change to electronics. I talked with the team and they denied my request as the prefer company policies over consumer satisfaction

Student Now become totally uninterested in online study.
I want to unsubscribe and stop payment farther

I did 2 years payment by mistake by i want for 2 months and my jee will get over this month so i want my refund
please help me out

Isne interview process kr liye 1900 rs mange mene send kiya by phone pay se.
Bd me 4500 rs mangle lge.but mene mna kr diya phir mene kaha ki mera amount revert kijiye to vo mana kr gaye aur misbehave krne lg. Please take urgent action for that

I am a privilege member o[censored]nacademy from feb 2020. Ruhi shaikh an educator their mentally harassed me by her two students divya sisodia and yamini mishra by creating a spam group and sending me irrelevant messages like

And much more.. I immediately deleted and reported the group spam but those two repeatedly found me on telegram, created the group and sent the irrelevant messages.

I report to unacademy team many times that the educator is not taking classes timely and continusly cancelling due to which many students lost interest in the subject concerned.
