unauthourised sms service registration and charges deducttion
sir
i am a bsnl mobile user
my mobile is being automatically registered for sms service 56505 and the service charge is being automatically deducted every month
the deactivation service doesnot respond
and this is an absolute infringrment into my personal security, privacy and authourity
this needs to be addressed immediately
