Unboxed.in — Fake products

Company carries fake perfumes. I have never seen a company so mismanaged in their return policies and very openly capable of selling branded fake perfumes. I ordered two of my adored perfumes from this store for the first time instead of buying it from a duty free as ecommerce is largely picking up and I am an online shopper without doubting the product quality as these days online is the way to go. To my surprise the perfumes I ordered from them were absolutely fake. I complained to their CS executive (Mohit) and he promised to replace these products and said he will be sending me the new perfumes and getting the old perfumes collected. I have been following with him every now and then to remind him and again getting fake hopes that we will get it picked etc from your house on Tuesday. Many Tuesdays have passed and no one has showed up. Today again I followed up an he said he doesn't have a courier service that caters to my house. Very surprising as while delivery could be made to my place, pick up could not be arranged. Do these stupid small companies think they can survive like this? I need a refund to be processed immediately and if they need the products to be picked then they can get it arranged.
Below are the emails attached from Mohit that clearly shows his promises and at the end telling me only to send him back the perfumes. We have scheduled Pick up twice, seems like the courier guys dont have Pick up Facility for your Locality.
