Have paid around rs 2300 for the product. They failed to deliver the product and not returning the money. There is no response from them after couple of emails sent.

I ordered a product- perfume - 4 months back close to 4000rs ans made the payment - till date there is no response and no product delivered. This site should be shut down for cheating customers

Hi there is no call back or response on email or phone nos on the website.

The pending items still to be delivered. Please resolve and do not cheat customers like this.

Unboxed.in has taken my order, money has been paid online, and my order has not been received. Several calls and emails have been sent, but nobody responds. I have now seen multiple similar complaints about this company.

Order was placed on 25 September and the same day there was an update email with a Bluedart tracking number that it is on the way. Nearly 3 weeks later, there is still no visibility of the shipment. The tracking number is a fraud number given just to fool the customer. And Unboxed never respond on emails or phone calls. This is blatant lying, evading and attempt to deceive the customer. Can one lodge a police complaint in such cases ?

I made the order and paid the whole amount. Order I'd- UBX1XKLF12740F87F. I made the biggest mistake of my life while doing this. I have been chasing the owner Mohit, Saurabh and the girl Pooja. They are not picking the phone. Mohit said he will send the order, but it's a complete fraud. I have lost 2500/-.

As you can understand from the subject, this is regarding two orders that i have placed with you on

Order Numbers:

UBX1XKLF12490F87F- 6 bottles

UBX1XKLF12498F87F- 3 bottles

Now just look at the issues which have bitterly impacted my experience with Unboxed.

In one of the order there was three fragrances in which
Burburry London was without cap, but upon receiving found it LEAKING, with more than 10% evaporated.
Polo Red extreme which has no fragrance, i am not sure of its original or its too old.

UBX1XKLF12490F87F:

Second order i had 6 fragrances:

Ordered CH 212VIP for men and received CH 212
Ordered YSL Y EDP and received YSL Y
Ordered LaYuqawam 100ml but received only 75Ml.

So in 9 fragrances 5 of them have issues which is clearly not acceptable.

Its sheer waste of time and effort’s of both sides.

i have unboxing videos as well. Let me know if any kind of proofs required.

I am okay even if full orders need to be returned.
Otherwise i want return of these Fragraces or proper replacements.
If that’s not possible refund the amount in SOURCE ACCOUNT not the COUPON.

BUT I AM FAILING TO GET ANY RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE AFTER MULTIPLE EFFORTS.

I ordered Bvlgari Wood Essence Man on September 1, 2021 and have paid for it but till date I have received no updates about the order.

I tried calling the posted number on their website but it's not working. I've emailed them as well but there's no response at all.

I need my money refunded at the soonest as I don't trust these online sellers anymore.

I ordered Air Jordan shoes almost 15 days back. I received the shoes but the conditioning received it was not at all good. Box was almost broken. Shoes was completely pressed the shape of shoes is not perfect now.

Ordered a perfume on 26/06/2021. For 6 weeks, they kept saying, we are trying to source the product. Last 2 weeks, they are saying 'Refund is being processed'. They don't even provide a basic status update - I had to constantly call and check with them. They tell you to send details on a Whatsapp number from where there is NEVER a response. Wanted to know what action can ordinary consumers take against such blatant violation of basic e-commerce conduct.

Order placed on 18th April 2021, I have filed for refund on 29/06/2021, raised a complaint too on their website (CSX Ticket [protected]) No response whatsoever, no refund, its completely fake website, only looting money. please avoid like plague.

Article - Perfume 75ml Order was placed on - 26/01/2021 It's been 3 and half months order is partially executed, Perfume costing - Rs. 1899 is not received yet I have written several mail but they choose not to reply.

Either need product or refund.

Please help.
