I purchased Fitbit Inspire Health Tracker (Black) from Unboxify on 6th September 2023 for Rs 3990/-. However, the product that has been delivered to me on 14th September 2023 is defective. It doesn’t switch on even after charging. I tried contacting their customer support number but it is not working. Also, the customer care support on whatsapp is not supportive at all.
