Unboxify is a fraud company. They are online shopping fraud. They cheat the people from their scamming website www unboxify in. They take advance money and then do not send the product. Theydo not refund the money.Never deal with unboxify. They do not have any products to sell. They just want your money. Unboxify is a fraud.

The deal is good so long as you get the right product.

If they have by chance sent a wrong or defective product either by mistake or intentionally, you are done. Getting the product returned or getting an exchange is next to impossible.

On 16 september i made an order from unboxfy and aits been over 7 days 8 days and not shipment has been made to me. i prepaid for my order and opted for exrpress shipping until now nothing has come yet

I purchased Fitbit Inspire Health Tracker (Black) from Unboxify on 6th September 2023 for Rs 3990/-. However, the product that has been delivered to me on 14th September 2023 is defective. It doesn’t switch on even after charging. I tried contacting their customer support number but it is not working. Also, the customer care support on whatsapp is not supportive at all. Please help me get the refund.

I placed an order on unboxify.in for a jabra elite 65t ear buds on 28th or July and I received my shipment on 7th Aug 2023 . To my surprise, the product was a defective one - none of the 4 microphones were working . Reported this several times on WhatsApp customer care number and there wasn't any response. The product couldn't be returned as the return tab wasn't working on the unboxify.in portal .
Approached the Jabra service center, and to my greater surprise, they informed me that the warranty of the product has been expired and they informed me that the product could be easily replaced if it was within the warranty period .
Unboxify team has sent me 2 different 'original invoice' of the same product and the Jabra validation team rejected citing counterfeit documents.

I Purchased A Bose New QuietComfort Earbuds II From Mentioned Website On 20th August, 2023. They Charged Me Rs. 16149 And I Paid The Amount Online On Same Day.

But They Send A Duplicate Product. Also They Did Not Give Me A Original Bill And There Is No Serial Number Printed On The Product And Did Not Reply My Messages And Mails.

I need the amount refunded. I'm Ready To Return The Order But They Won't Reply...

On July 3rd 1am (July 2nd midnight) I placed an order of Beats Studio buds earphones under Partial COD with a payment Rs 999 and the order
ID #KL2337418UN. It had a promised delivery within 5-7 days. Till now the product has not been shipped. There is absolutely no response via email or whatsapp. They dont even have a contact number. Bought it as a birthday gift for someone and it is not even shipped to reach on time.
