On July 3rd 1am (July 2nd midnight) I placed an order of Beats Studio buds earphones under Partial COD with a payment Rs 999 and the order
ID #KL2337418UN. It had a promised delivery within 5-7 days. Till now the product has not been shipped. There is absolutely no response via email or whatsapp. They dont even have a contact number.
