I have ordered an iphone 13 mini 256GB(New) in green colour on 25/03/2024, but they sent me a used phone which is in very bad condition, I paid 52069 for it the product cost me about 51999 and I paid extra 70 for the amazon delivery charges, I talked to them before buy they said Its band new and seal packed, They are literally cheating people, after the payment they said they will ship within 2 days and ship with apple 20W charger and case, but don’t even shipped the item, they shipped the item last April 5, They are telling all lies, If its new why don’t it have the seal?I ordered green Why did they send me blue?Its cleary a used phone, the battery health is only 91% if its new how did it happened? I paid extra 7000 for 256GB, its only 128GB, If anyone see this, Please don’t buy anything from this site, don’t trust this website, I genuinely trusted them, they literally cheated and scammed me, I saw some video from ‘YOU ARE AWESOME’ youtube channel, now I think the channel is owned by the owner of this company or someone related to them, I lost 52069 rupees and trapped, How will I get my money back?
