Unboxyourmobile — Unresponsive & Fradulent Supplier

I had ordered for a Samsung S21 Ultra mobile phone from https://unboxyourmobile.com on 12th December 2023 and paid the completed amount.
Even after 2 days, I did not receive any communication on the order and then when questioned they updated me an Order ID and said they received the amount. Have uploaded the screenshot of this.
The Customer Service agent mentioned it would take a maximum of one week for delivery, however till date the order hasn't arrived.
I have now been following up for the last 2 weeks with them and they say we will get back to you in 30 mins and those 30 mins have never come.

I kindly request the Cyber Crime Team to take notice of this fraudulent supplier who claims to deliver original branded mobile phones at discounts. My interactions so far with them have been terrible and they don't seem to care once the money has been paid.
