I have purchased 1 t-shirt from uni style image store located in dlf place saket, delhi and after 1 wash it's colour got faded. I went back to the store and try to return the t-shirt but the guys at the store were very unprofessional. Finally they agreed to send the t-shirt for quality check and after few days i inquired about the t-shirt and they told me that the quality guys are saying that the t-shirt is not faded, rather some other colour got appended to the t-shirt.
So, i said that if this is the case then please clean it but they said it can't be done.
Now both of there statements are contradictory, if it is not faded then it should be cleaned and if it can't be cleaned then it is faded.
They returned my faded t-shirt. These people are selling the defective pieces at very high price. Please take some action against them. Was this information helpful? |
